With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Rosetta B. Register, a beloved resident of Stone Mountain, GA, who departed this life on Thursday, October 31, 2024, at the age of 95. Born in Wacissa, FL, on March 6, 1929, Rosetta led a life marked by resilience, dedication, and a profound love for family and community.
Rosetta was the cherished daughter of Henry Haywood Batts and Ethel Batts-Woodside, who preceded her in death. She was also reunited in peace with her devoted husband, Arthur Register Jr. Throughout her life, Rosetta embraced each day with strength and inspired all who knew her.
A career bus driver with the Fran-Mar Corporation, Rosetta found purpose in connecting with others, serving the community, and ensuring the safety of those she transported. Her legacy of kindness, safety, and reliability will be fondly remembered by all who encountered her.
Rosetta’s life will be celebrated with services held in both Conyers, GA, and Miami, FL, offering family and friends the opportunity to honor her lasting impact.
